Bounce around!

Regular physical exercise is an important part of child development and most children jump and bounce around quite naturally. Bouncing strengthens muscles and builds healthy bones, heart and lungs. Landing helps with coordination and balance. For more fun add a bouncy castle or trampoline and make up some bouncing games.
There are lots of possibilities from puddle jumping, space hopping, hop scotch, skipping, hula hoops, balloons and many different ball games.
